Job Description

- Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department.

- Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management activities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.

- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters.

- Provide guidance and support to HR staff and department heads on HR-related concerns.

- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.

- Assist in training, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.

- Coordinate with management to address workforce planning and staffing needs.

- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
