Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support HR staff in performing HR-related functions.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle employee relations concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Administer employee benefits and government-mandated contributions.
  • Assist in implementing performance evaluation and training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
