About the role

We are seeking a talented and highly organized HR to join our team at Rhinasam Shelving Systems Corporation in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Zambales. This is a full-time role that will provide critical administrative and secretarial support to our senior management. As an important member of our Administrative & Office Support team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for the issuance of employment contracts, corrective actions and memos.
  • Ensures proper and timely calculation of payroll
  • Assisting in preparation and review of : Tax remittance (monthly and annually), 2316 (last pay and annualization) and others
  • Assists in monthly withholding tax report for review and reconciliation of Finance.
