KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The selected candidate will join Ferrovial’s Organization & HR Strategy team, contributing to corporate and cross-functional initiatives and supporting the definition and evolution of the Group’s organizational model, HR strategy and transformation projects. This role provides exposure to stakeholders at a group level and Business Units, offering an opportunity to participate in high-impact initiatives that shape the company’s overall evolution.

Organization

  • Support the analysis and evolution of the Group organizational model.
  • Assist in reviewing organizational structures, role definitions, and job architecture.
  • Maintain and document organizational processes and policies within Workday (Organization CoE, Workday Organization module).
