Job Description

Qualifications

  • BS Degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or any business related courses
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Labor Relations
  • Proven experience in managing disciplinary cases, conducting workplace investigations, and resolving conflicts
  • Knowledgeable in grievance handling procedures
  • Experience in organizing or supporting employee engagement initiatives is an advantage
  • Background in handling performance evaluation processes is a plus

  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
