Overview

The HR Coordinator or Account Coordinator is responsible for handling the cut-off and recording of staff time-ins and time-outs , checking attachment forms , and uploading biometric data . They also monitor the manpower within the hotel area. Part of their work includes counseling the staff under their supervision and regularly communicating with department heads , particularly the HR Department , Finance , and Hotel Managers . Another key role of the coordinator is to source and recruit the manpower needed by the hotel .
