Your day-to-day
Execute talent acquisition activities to attract and onboard qualified employees in support of current and future business requirements. Support performance and talent management processes to enhance employee capability, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with company policies. Coordinate learning and development initiatives to strengthen workforce capability and support employee growth. Maintain HR data, reports, and employee records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and informed decision-making.
To deliver effective HR programs and processes that support talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation administration, and organizational effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business needs and company policies.
