Job Description

The HR Specialist is responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration and employee relations. They ensure smooth HR operations, support employee engagement, and assist the HRBP on matters relating to the business department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in full-cycle recruitment (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, contract preparation).
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and offboarding, including orientation and documentation.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.
  • Payroll Administration: Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Singapore employees, ensuring accuracy and timely salary payments.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including CPF, IRAS, SDL, NS, and other relevant regulations.
