Summary This position is located in the Human Resources Division, Arlington, VA. The selectee of this position serves as a HR Specialist (Recruitment & Placement). You will be responsible for providing expert Recruitment and Staffing advice, guidance, coordination, and technical services to customers of varying levels for a broad range of complex and/or controversial issues. Responsibilities As a HR Specialist (Recruitment & Placement) at the GS-0201-13 level, some of your typical work assignments may include: Providing the full range of Recruitment and Placement functions i.e., preparing job analyses, posting job announcements, rating and ranking, issuing certificates, etc. Creating and refining process maps, standard operating procedures (SOP), and other interpretive guidance. Providing advisory services related to the staffing and placement, merit promotion, and DEU programs. Advising managers on the use of hiring flexibilities.
