Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between employees and the HR department, providing guidance on HR-related inquiries and coordinating HR support for various business units.
- Act as the promoter of HR policies and processes, ensuring the implementation and training of key HR programs, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management (including PIP), attendance and leave management, compensation, and employee benefits.
- conduct anonymous surveys and “walk arounds” to assure we understand the employee’s perspective on business improvement and employee satisfaction with the leadership and domestic business.
- Oversee probation period management for new employees, ensuring both new hires and line managers clearly understand the process, and actively participate in key checkpoints as an HR representative.
