Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of solid experience in Human Resources, with exposure to multiple HR facets.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, endorsement, job offers, and onboarding.
- Knowledgeable in core HR functions such as employee relations, records management, HR documentation, timekeeping coordination, and HR compliance.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, company policies, and standard HR procedures.
- Capable of handling HR administrative tasks, reports, databases, and confidential employee information with accuracy and discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with HR trackers and recruitment databases.
