LMW, on behalf of a client operating in the financial services and asset management sector, is seeking an HR Specialist to join their team on a 3-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of renewal based on business needs and performance.

The role is administration-focused and ideal for an HR professional with 2–3 years of experience who is looking to further develop within a structured and dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, contract administration, employee changes, and offboarding
  • Prepare and coordinate payroll inputs in collaboration with external payroll providers
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems, ensuring compliance with local labour law
  • Manage employee benefits administration
  • Support managers with day-to-day HR matters and documentation
