Job Title: HR SpecialistJob Description
The HR Specialist works full-time on-site, Monday through Friday, with a start time between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. and an end time between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., depending on business needs. In this role, you operate at a professional level alongside the HR team to support manufacturing operations. You apply your HR expertise across benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy administration, recruitment, employment law compliance, and ensuring consistent adherence to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and support recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt personnel and interns, including coordinating and conducting new associate orientations and other onboarding activities, dedicating approximately 50% of your time to these activities.
