Job Description
* Drawing up and preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, references, works agreements etc. in coordination with the Manager* Assisting with the time management processes at the production plant (e.g. recording working time and absences)* Maintaining master data in the HR system incl. managing temporary workers* Drawing up evaluations and reports, including based on KPIs (e.g. hourly account balances, remaining vacation, statistics)* Monitoring deadlines for HR processes (e.g. checking responses received)* Taking care of correspondence in coordination with the Manager* Preparing travel expenses as per guidelines for billing purposes* Processing requests/orders in the system* Monitoring attendance and absences and notifying the Employee Relation Specialist and the Manager in the technical department accordingly* Participating in HR projects and the annual staffing planning* Assisting with recruiting tasks (e.g. communications, recording applications in the system)
