HR Specialist

This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality hiring outcomes, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting managers across key HR lifecycle and people initiatives. The role requires strong hands-on Workday experience and close collaboration with business and global HR stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions including workforce planning, hiring approvals and budgeting

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines and selection criteria

Drive sourcing strategies using job portals, referrals, vendors and direct sourcing

Manage assessments, offer rollouts, negotiations and pre-boarding

 Ensure seamless onboarding readiness in Workday and coordination with stakeholders

Ensure consistent and positive candidate experience aligned with Movado employer brand

Act as HR SPOC for supported teams and managers
