Reporting to: Executive HR Manager, Asia

Location: Bangkok Office, Thailand, Hybrid Working Model


Travel Frequency: less than 10%


General Responsibilities

  • Administer Employee Benefit Programs and recommend changes to ensure competitiveness for all Asia countries. Keep tracking of market trend on total rewards by taking part in market surveys. Manage employee insurance, including but not limited to coordination renewal, answering employee enquiries, coordination between vendors and employees etc..

  • Process payroll of assigned countries timely and accurately. Answer employees' queries, management of payroll vendors and service providers, ensuring changes to employees, local laws and regulations are properly documented and captured in payroll.
