We're looking for a PeoplePulse Support Center Representative to join our team.

As a PPSC Partner you will be in charge of customer interaction, delivering transactional and specialist HR services – administration, onboarding and overall Employee Lifecycle.

You need to have interest in the field and you need to be eager to learn. You will be reporting to PPSC Team Leader.

Main Responsibilities

• Use procedures, policy manuals, and other reference materials available via the knowledge management tool to assist in answering and resolving employee and manager inquiries by phone and web chat in real time.
• Process new hires, movement, employee status changes, and other employee events in Workday.
• Prepare documentation related to the employee lifecycle and ensure all documents comply with requirements (e.g., signatures, seals, etc.). Communicate and educate customers on HR poli...
