HR Shared Services Administrator (Hybrid, Night Shift)

Eaton Corporation in Tanauan, Batangas, Philippines, is seeking an HR Shared Services Administrator to provide HR administrative and back-office support, including day-to-day HR systems management.

You will support the HRS team in delivering comprehensive HR services to employees, managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders, while maintaining data integrity across HRMS and records. This role follows a hybrid schedule (3 days per week) aligned with US time (9 PM–6 AM PHT).
