HR Services Professional – Training & Development

Job Description :

•Deliver efficient HR Services delivery of Training & Development processes as well as corresponding interfaces, proactively identify service delivery issues by taking appropriate actions to resolve and generally improve quality standards and metrics (including third party KPIs) •Proactively involve in cross departmental groups and projects to support an integrated HR service •Handle individual queries related to Training and Development, including those that cannot be handled by the HR Associates.
