We are seeking an HR Services Manager to translate PPG’s business strategy into people actions to ensure company results through people. This role reports to the Latam HR Business Services Head and is based in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee HR projects that enhance performance and strengthen organizational capability.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business leaders and HR, ensuring solutions address specific organizational needs.
• Support leaders in change management, organizational design, and culture transformation through on-site presence.
• Lead core HR processes including talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, learning & development, engagement and retention.
• Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, performance) to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
