Responsibilities

  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records.
  • Preparing HR documents.
  • Answering employees’ queries about HR-related issues.
  • Updating internal databases with new hire information.
  • Assisting the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).
  • Performing other assignments.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role.
  • Ability to multi-task.
