What would you do?
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and workforce needs. Source candidates through job boards, employee referrals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing channels. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates that match role specifications and hiring manager expectations. Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability, interest, notice period, and compensation fitment. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels across time zones and locations.
