Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our COE (Centre of Excellence) team, focusing on Rewards & Recognition (R&R), Induction, Employee Engagement & Experience. This role will spearhead initiatives that drive a high-performance culture, elevate employee engagement, and develop the recognition culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Engagement & Experience:
Manage and enhance the employee engagement framework, ensuring 100% employee participation through platforms like Amber, maintaining engagement scores.
Design and implement strategies to improve employee experience, including onboarding and continuous feedback loops.
Drive closure of PTM (Periodic Touchpoint Meeting) cases

Develop and implement R&R policies that align with the organization s culture and performance goals.
