Job Summary – Senior Delivery Specialist (BIPO México)

Location: Polanco, Mexico City

Work modality: On-site with 2 days of remote work per week, CDMX Polanco

Reports to: Deputy Country Manager (CDMX)

Role type: Client-facing contact window, Project managements

Language requirement: Intermediate-advanced English (spoken and written, for reporting and calls)



Key Responsibilities:

  • Procced and operate the end-to-end client employee’s hiring process including on boarding & off boarding, work visa , reimbursement process etc.
  • Keeping Client Daliy Communication and Client service delivery as client contact window.
  • Payroll process (monthly, semimonthly, weekly) for multiple clients in Mexico
  • Ensure compliance with local labor, tax, and social security laws in Mexico
  • Collaborate with Clients’ finance, legal, and HR departments...
