Job Summary

The HR Representative provides operational HR support with a focus on case management, policy compliance, and employee/manager guidance. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to ensure consistent, compliant, and timely execution of HR processes across the organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries related to employee relations, compliance, policy interpretation, and process guidance
  • Manage and support HR case management workflows (, ServiceNow or similar systems), ensuring issues are documented, triaged, resolved, or escalated appropriately
  • Partner with HRBPs, Legal, Total Rewards, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to coordinate compliant execution of workforce actions
