HR - Recruitment Trainee (Internship)

We are currently hiring for an HR - Recruitment Trainee who can support our ramp-up for the following tasks:

• Follow up with candidates who accepted the offer to process their pre-employment process (medical & background check)
• Provides support with the TA Coordinator in terms of the onboarding process preparations
• Support for some recruitment-related activities, such as Job Fairs, Local Recruitment Activities,s and the like
• Manage the database and safekeep recruitment tracker to ensure data accuracy
• Involved with some of the employee engagement activities to ensure that we providea high standard of employee experience
