Job Description
1. Field/Recruitment
a) Recruitment & Process of Eaglestar group of companies, recruit from various sources/posting
b) Administer and evaluate pre-employment exams
c) Initial interview/Final interview of Department Head & HR Manager
d) Upon hiring, issue a checklist of requirements (Medical, SSS, PHILHEALTH, HDMF, TIN, etc)
e) Prepares contract and other documents related
f) Prepare/Schedule the applicants for their Orientation to be conducted by HR Employee Relations for Company Policy, HR Benefits for Government-Mandated Benefits requirements, and HR Payroll for documents required and other instructions.
h.) Also responsible for sanitation recruitment activities including but not limited to job posting, sourcing, scheduling, and interviewing.

b) Contract issuance cc: Payroll, 201 files (Complete Documents)
c) Endorsement to Superior/Department Head
