  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and provide interview guidance when needed.
  • Prepare weekly recruitment reports and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and support employee retention initiatives.
  • Stay updated on market trends and government regulations related to recruitment.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies andprocedures.
  • Provide HR advice and support to employees and management.
