- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop recruitment strategies using job portals, agencies, career fairs, and other sourcing channels.
- Work closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment targets and timelines.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and provide interview guidance when needed.
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- Conduct exit interviews and support employee retention initiatives.
- Stay updated on market trends and government regulations related to recruitment.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies andprocedures.
- Provide HR advice and support to employees and management.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting field
