Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create accurate job descriptions
Talent Sourcing and Attraction
- Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, networking) to attract qualified candidates
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Candidate Relationship Management
- Communicate effectively with candidates to provide a positive candidate experience
