Job Description
Position Objective:
• Responsible for the accurate maintenance, analysis, and safeguarding of employee records and HR data.
• The role ensures the integrity of 201 files and HR databases, supports audit and compliance requirements, manages ID administration, and generates workforce and payroll-related reports.
• The position plays a critical role in data accuracy, records governance, and operational decision support.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Extensive knowledge in MS Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and can work independently on assigned tasks.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
