1. Project Cutover Activities Coordination

. Support preparation of cutover plans for country deployments and go-live activities across APAC countries

. Coordinate and track cutover activities.

. Follow up with project team members and country stakeholders to ensure timely completion of cutover tasks.

2. Hypercare & Support Management

. Coordinate hyper care activities following country go-live.

. Facilitate daily and weekly hyper care meetings with country teams and key stakeholders.

. Track and monitor open issues, action items, and support requests during the hyper care period.

. Ensure smooth transition from hyper care support to Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations.

3. Incident & Ticket Management

. Coordinate the logging and tracking of system incidents, defects, and enhancement requests.
