Job Description

Reporting to the Manager of HR Process & Change Management, the HR Process Excellence Specialist will work across all J. D. Irving, Limited Moncton companies to help build a culture of process excellence by training and executing on best practice process techniques, conducting process improvement projects, change management, and performing process maturity assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and Support Human Resources process improvement projects, including:
    • Lead a cross-functional team to understand the process requirement
    • Map out the current state, identify and remove waste, and map the future state
    • Document work instructions and establish KPI's for the new process
  • Execute and Support the change management plan for corporate HR initiatives.
  • Support and Review Daily Management of processes to embed a culture of continuous improvement by:
