What we are looking for:

  • University diploma

  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in HR Services (preferably Employee Lifecycle Services)

  • Professional experience in Process Management (process improvement, standardization, optimization, automatization, gaining efficiency) and/or Project Management

  • Strong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement 

  • Knowledge of HR systems, such as SAP, SuccessFactors or equivalent
