JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manages an organization's payroll operations. They oversee payroll staff, ensure accurate and timely compensation of employees, and maintain strict compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is the baseline.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on payroll administration or processing.
Supervision: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience leading, training, or managing a payroll team
WORK LOCATION: ORTIGAS, PASIG
