**Key Responsibilities**:
- Subject matter expert in policy resolution
- Partners with other Centers of Expertise (COE’s) on changes to process surrounding payroll and other COE initiatives (Tuition Reimbursement, Roth 401k)
- Manages direct team costs and costs of third party providers (i.e. payroll tax reporting and remittance) and methods of delivery
- Manages and responds to requests from Tax and Legal around inquiries and requests for data to respond to IRS and matters of litigation
