We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll and benefits administration, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.

  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with Mexican labor laws and tax regulations, including monthly payroll calculation, personal income tax declaration, and social security contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT).

They will also coordinate end-to-end HR administration for local employees, including on-boarding, off-boarding, probation management, contract renewals, and employee record maintenance.

  • Assist headquarters in implementing localized HR policies and welfare programs (e.g., insurance) in line with Mexican labor law.
