Job Description

The HR Operations Specialist assists the Human Resources Manager in maintaining a workplace and a safe and healthy work environment. This role is temporary with an expected duration of 18-24 weeks.


  • Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company associates, provide introductory and awareness training on occupational safety and health standards, regulations, rules, policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems and recommends necessary changes.
  • Manages and processes information in the payroll system; information may include employees hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other information.
  • Responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll.
