Responsibilities:
Provide daily HR support to managers and employees within established procedures. Maintain confidentiality and ensure clear, appropriate communication. Prepare HR reports and monitor progress of assigned tasks. Advise employees on HR matters using sound judgment and business understanding. Recommend improvements to HR processes and systems.
