Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the HR and Payroll Service Delivery team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Attend and facilitate monthly performance review meetings with the client.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the Code of Conduct.
  • Oversee HR and payroll operations using Workday and Excelity.
  • Ensure service continuity, quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of HR and payroll services.
  • Manage staff deployment, handovers, and resource replacements as required.
  • Identify and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable operational, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
