Work Summary

The HR Payroll Officer is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, administration of compensation and benefits, and computation of final pay for separated employees. The role ensures compliance with Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and government‑mandated contributions while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee records and payroll information.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing: Process and administer payroll for all employees including drivers, conductors, mechanics, dispatchers, and office personnel.
  • Validate attendance, overtime, holiday pay, night differential, leave applications, and other payroll inputs.
  • Compute salaries, wage adjustments, allowances, incentives, and deductions.
  • Process statutory deductions including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, and withholding tax.
  • Prepare payroll summaries, reports, and reconciliation statements.
