he HR Payroll Officer is responsible for the accurate, timely, and confidential processing of employee payroll. The role ensures compliance with company policies, labor laws, and government statutory requirements while maintaining complete and accurate payroll records.



II. Duties and Responsibilities


A. Payroll Processing

  • Prepare, compute, and process employee payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Verify employee attendance, timekeeping records, overtime, rest day work, holiday pay, and leave credits.
  • Ensure correct computation of salaries, wages, allowances, incentives, deductions, and adjustments.
  • Process final pay, back pay, and payroll corrections when necessary.

B. Records Management & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, payroll registers, and supporting documents.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of payroll files for audit and reference purposes.
