SUB-FUNCTION: Payroll

LINE OF BUSINESS: Raya Customer Experience

REPORTING TO: Supervisor (Human Resources – Payroll).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Audit on all Employees payroll documents (Joiners, leavers, Etc. ..)
  2. Receive change sheets from LOB
  3. Prepare migration sheets and upload them to the system.
  4. Audit the payroll sheet after migration as a first reviewer.
  5. Audit on his/her colleagues as a second reviewer.
  6. Prepare reconciliation and final sheets after confirmation from the LOB concerned department.
  7. Prepare bank transfer sheets and upload them to the system.
