SUB-FUNCTION: Payroll
LINE OF BUSINESS: Raya Customer Experience
REPORTING TO: Supervisor (Human Resources – Payroll).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Audit on all Employees payroll documents (Joiners, leavers, Etc. ..)
- Receive change sheets from LOB
- Prepare migration sheets and upload them to the system.
- Audit the payroll sheet after migration as a first reviewer.
- Audit on his/her colleagues as a second reviewer.
- Prepare reconciliation and final sheets after confirmation from the LOB concerned department.
- Prepare bank transfer sheets and upload them to the system.
