Payroll

  • Prepare and update employee payroll data (salary, allowances, deductions, overtime, commissions in Payroll System).
  • Assist in the monthly payroll processing according to company standards and timelines.
  • Make statutory report every month for Senior HR to proceed with all the necessary steps with management.
  • Organize and maintain employee personal files.
  • Manage attendance verification, claims, overtime documentation, and other HR-related submissions before Senior HR Run Payroll every 01st of the month.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the HR Management as required.

Office Coordination

  • Assist Senior HR in interview session with candidate (in case Senior HR do not coming into the office).
  • Assist HR team with ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management.
  • Respond to employee queries related to payroll, and basic HR matters.
