HR & Payroll Administrator — Manufacturing

RCL Foods is seeking an HR Administrator for our Pietermaritzburg site to support payroll and HR activities. You will load new employees, manage attendance, administer leave, and assist with terminations while ensuring accurate payroll processing.

Ideal candidates have a Grade 12 or HR diploma, 2+ years of HR/Payroll experience, and familiarity with BCEA/LRA. A valid driver’s license is required for site duties.
