Description and Requirements

At this level the incumbent is an experienced HR professional who is regarded as a source of expertise in the HR arena and is responsible for executing on HR strategies and providing operational HR excellence. The person will be expected to take ownership and drive HR activities is close cooperation with the HR Director. To be successful in the role, the HR Partner will need to build a proficient level of business acumen during the first year and partner effectively with the business leaders.

  • Coach managers on team engagement, employee relations, and people management.
  • Implement HR priorities including recruitment, training, restructuring, and succession planning.
