**Job Overview**
HR Partner II supports end-to-end HR operations in plant environment, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations, and learning & development. This role partners with managers to drive people strategies, ensure compliance, and enhance employee experience across the workforce.
**What your background should look like:**
**Job Qualification**
+ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or related field
+ 3–5 years HR generalist experience (recruitment, ER, L&D, engagement)
+ Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
+ Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, IATF 16949)
+ Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
