Ford México is seeking an HR Operations Specialist (Automation & AI) to join our Human Resources team. You will execute day‑to‑day HR transactions, manage administrative processes, and respond to employee inquiries with empathy and speed.

You will also serve as our digital champion, automating workflows, designing intelligent dashboards, and guiding peers in adopting modern tools across the Shared Service model.
