Job Description

Our HR Global Operations team supports all HR administrative processes for NI (now part of Emerson) employees globally, including but not limited to – payroll and benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, internal data changes, talent acquisition and talent growth support etc. Our team members mainly interact with employees and managers, collaborate with business partners, as well as partnering with other functional groups within the organization in executing various HR operational activities.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will be:

  • Serve as the first point of contact towards employees and managers in case of any general HR queries or requests.
  • Administration of employee's life-cycle changes (eg: onboarding, termination, data management in all systems, prepare and file relevant documentations, communication with stakeholders .
