Your Role

HR Operations LATAM, is a recent addition to Koch Global Services. We support Local HR by managing key HR operational processes and enhancing the processes, technology, and capabilities that enable Local HR to focus on strategic priorities and the PBM culture.

Our Team

We provide transactional support to Local HR across payroll systems, myHR, major medical insurance, and social security processes. These services were previously managed by Local HR, and our team now delivers them at scale through efficient, centralized support.

What You Will Do

  • Provide support to HR teams primarily across LATAM by managing back-end processes such as hiring, contracts, terminations, and employee data changes across systems including MyHR, IDSE, Tress, Eslabón, and others.
  • Demonstrate and promote the application of Principle Based Management (PBM®) with employees, supervisors, business HR, and the HR Administration team.
