Job Description
The HR Operations Specialist supports the employee journey from hire to retire by performing a full range of human resource administrative tasks. This role works cross-functionally within the HR Shared Services team and supports HR Centers of Excellence programs.
Primary Responsibilities
Complete HR Shared Services and HR Systems tickets within the designated Service Level Agreement (SLA)Maintain information in HR systems to ensure data integrity and compliance; conduct audits and make corrections as neededInitiate pre-employment screening and monitor for timely completionExecute complex organizational changes in WorkdayAdminister relocation, tuition reimbursement, and fringe benefit programs as assignedAdminister payroll and time/attendance systems, including updating system with master data changes from WorkdayAct as Purchase Requisitioner and PO issuer for HR in SAPParticipate in Workday testing re...
